CheckoutDeals is being built around a simple idea: make it easier to find useful savings without having to search dozens of websites. The platform brings together retailer offers, discount codes and money-saving information in one place, so shoppers can compare their options before they reach checkout.

Why we’re building it

Online shopping has never offered more choice, but that choice comes with a cost: keeping track of which retailers have a sale on, which discount codes are actually valid, and whether a deal is genuinely worth having takes time. CheckoutDeals exists to do that legwork, pulling together offers from a wide range of UK retailers into a single, searchable site.

How the site works

Our deal engine is designed to automatically organise connected offer data, remove unsuitable content, identify retailers and expire old promotions as they end. The aim is to keep the site current without requiring a shopper to double-check every listing themselves, though we always recommend confirming a deal’s terms with the retailer before you buy.

What’s coming next

Comparison journeys for things like broadband, energy and insurance will be provided through approved partners rather than CheckoutDeals offering regulated financial advice itself. These features are being rolled out as partnerships are confirmed, and will appear on the relevant Compare pages once each one is live.

Our approach to accuracy

Deals, prices and availability can change quickly, and we work to keep listings current and clearly labelled with their source and expiry where available. If something looks out of date or incorrect, we would always rather a shopper double-check with the retailer directly than rely solely on a third-party listing for anything important.

As more partner relationships are approved, the site will continue to expand its coverage, while keeping the focus on clear offers, useful information and a straightforward shopping experience.
